5540 Hollywood Blvd, once home to Colony Bancorp’s corporate offices, was one of Hollywood Blvd.’s original buildings. Over the years, some of music industry’s most famous artists have recorded their songs and music videos within its walls including Stevie Wonder. Falcon Studios, Propaganda Films and Music Grinder are three notable tenants. The buildings classic architecture and studio lot atmosphere separate the creative production space at the building from others in the Hollywood area.
