The Hollywood Citizen News building, a 48,000 square foot historic art deco office building, was originally designed by architect Francis D. Rutherford in 1929. Located at the epicenter of the resurging Hollywood Business Improvement District, the building is walking distance to many of the areas hottest nightclubs and restaurants as well as the Arclight Theaters and the Hollywood MTA Station.
